Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation or appointment. However, our business has limited availability, and we kindly ask that you provide us with notice of any cancellations as soon as possible so that we may offer the spot to someone else. For reservations or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation or appointment cost will be charged. If the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice, no fee will be charged.
