Cancellation Policy

At JM Acupuncture & Massage, we are committed to providing timely and high-quality care to all our patients. To respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy below. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may need care. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a full session fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next patient's scheduled time. Full session fees will still apply. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Fee may be waived at the clinic's discretion in cases of illness, family emergencies, or severe weather.
